The management of the National Service Scheme ( NSS) has instructed all national service personnel to validate their details by Friday, February 16, 2024, to enable the Scheme to begin payment of allowances.
In a statement released on February 14 and signed by the Acting Director, Corporate Affairs, Ambrose Entsiwah Jnr, service personnel would have to visit their portals and validate their details for quick processing of their monthly allowances.
The details which the scheme wants personnel to validate include name, telephone number, E-zwich number, place of posting and region.
The statement stressed that all service personnel are expected to validate the above details before Friday, February 16, 2024.
The 2023/24 national service year commenced on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, but personnel in the public sector are yet to receive their monthly allowances.
