A mentally ill woman allegedly stoned a young man to death on the second tier of the Kwame Nkrumah interchange.
According to an eyewitness, the mentally challenged woman wrestled with the rider before hitting his head with him with a cement block.
The young man was seen following her, and they assumed he was going to stop her from causing an accident because she was also seen throwing stones at moving vehicles.
The report also stated that a police officer from the Nima District Police headquarters had to step in to stop a mob from lynching her.
