The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released provisional results for the 2023 General and Advanced Business Certificate Examinations.
According to the council, 163 candidates wrote the Advanced Business Certificate Examination and 173 candidates sat for the Global Business Certificate Examination.
In a press statement released by the council on Tuesday, December 19, indicates that five (5) candidate were caught with mobile phones in the examination hall and, thus, will have their results withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.
“The Council expresses its sincerest gratitude to stakeholders especially the Security Agencies, Heads of School, Supervisors, Invigilators, Examiners, and all who in diverse ways supported and co-operated with us for the successful conduct of the examinations and release of results,” the release stated.
