A police officer has arrested a young man who allegedly stole a phone at Circle in Accra.
in a video making rounds on social media, the pickpocket who looks tattered refused to pay his fare.
The pickpocket was seen telling the Police officer that he didn’t steal the phone in his pocket but his plea was not taken.
