Speaking on Tv3 Key Point, Mr. Atuah-YYeboah indicated that the A-G only received one charge sheet from the Juvenile Court, as Martin Kpebu and many others asserting the case started at the circuit court and were referred to the Juvenile Court, where he said the matter is critical to the A-G and strenuous steps are being taken to unravel the integrity of the case.

The Attorney General Department directed an investigation to be conducted on the ownership of $800,000, $200,000, and £300,000, respectively.
