Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate to NPP presidential candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has mentioned that, the party is expecting 85% votes in the Ashanti Region during the December 7 elections.
Speaking at his official unveiling in Kumasi, Dr. Opoku Prempeh stressed that, the NPP will put in much effort to garner more votes in their stronghold.
“We want 85% in the Ashanti region,” he said.
He further indicated that, the party will embark on a vigorous door-to-door campaign across the country ahead of the general elections.
“Honour President Akufo-Addo and Bawumia by voting massively to win the 2024 elections, we will do house to house campaign,” he added.
