A young man identified as Richard Boadi has committed suicide by hanging at Sefwi Bodi in the Western North Region.
He committed the act in his own bedroom with a sponge. He is believed to be in his 20s.
Report indicates that Richard Boadi is mobile money and transfer operator at Sefwi Bodi.
“So this morning a woman came to the house to buy a transfer from him. His door was opened, the woman called him but he didn’t respond.
His sister came and entered the room and find that he has hanged himself”, a resident in the house told Emmanuel Sowah of Onua news.
The police of Bodi have picked the deceased and have deposited the body at the Juaboso government mortuary for further investigation.
