Samartex 1996 FC have completed a loan move for Kumasi Asante Kotoko forward, Samuel Boateng until the end of the 2022-2023 Ghana Premier League season.
Boateng joined Kotoko from lower-tier side Future Stars FC for the 2021/2022 season and scored four goals in their run to win the 2021/2022 league title.
The 25-year-old forward has struggled to get game time this season, making seven appearances for Kotoko.
He joins the Tarkwa-based club and is looking to help the team get out of the relegation zone, as they lie 16th on the league table.
