Police in the Twifo Atti-morkwa district of the Central Region are on a manhunt for a 38 year old man, David Dankwa who has allegedly defiled a 12-year-old class 5 girl believed to be his wedded wife’s younger sister.
Subsequently, the wedded wife who had no idea about the intimacy between her husband and her younger sister got pregnant and gave birth to set of male twins but sadly died a day after delivery.
According to Mr. Asante Emmanuel who is the father of the victim and the deceased, it was during the one week celebration of the deceased that the victim was compelled by some supernatural forces to confess what David Dankwa has done with her at that tender age on the same bed her sister sleeps with the husband.
Immediately after the victim broke silence on the matter, the family in no hesitation summoned David Dankwa to the chiefs of Twifo Tofoi for causing incest and a expect a sanctification rituals on both the suspect and the victim.
Recounting her ordeal, the 12 year old victim revealed that, her late sister was a business woman who used to travel a lot for business purposes so anytime she travels for goods, her husband would use her as a second wife and forcefully has sex with her but always threatened her to remain silent on the matter otherwise, he would kill her.
According to some family members, they believe that it was the incestuous act of David Dankwa that has apparently caused the mysteriously sudden death of their beloved daughter.
The family expressed worry that the immoral action by David has put an indelible tag on their family which will inversely affect them socially.
