A 22-year-old boy has butchered his stepmother at Akyem Ntronang because he does not support the father’s marriage with the victim.
The suspect, identified as Peter, who’s currently on the run pounced on the stepmother and inflicted cutlass wounds on her on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.ย The young man cut off the left finger, thigh, and upper shoulder of the stepmother.
According to an eyewitness, Agya Dan who disclose this in a phone call with Republic Press’s Andy Frimpong Manso indicated that the suspect who was arrested was able to escape from the grips of the Police and has fled the area.
“Peter who lives with his father inflicted cutlass wounds on his stepmother, all because he does not support the father’s marriage with the victim”,
The report further established that the suspect, Peter recently beat the stepmother and caused her to lose her pregnancy.
“The boy recently beat the stepmother who had taken in Pregnancy and caused her miscarriage”, Agya Dan added.
The victim, Mrs. Animwaa Mary, is receiving medical attention at the Kyebi Government hospital.
“The issued happened at Ntronang and a report was filed at the Asuom Police station but because the guy knows the Ntronang area, he was able to flee from the grips of the Police”,
