Ghanaian winger, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has expressed his delight in helping Championship club Leicester City take a significant step towards their Premier League comeback on Tuesday night by scoring his first hat-trick against Southampton.
The 20-year-old’s emphatic performance on the night, saw his side cruise to a 5-0 victory, after his involvement in four goals scored by his side.

The results mean the Foxes have to just win one of their two remaining games in order to secure an automatic promotion back into the Premier League.
Speaking after the final whistle, Fatawu said scoring his first hat-trick felt ‘amazing’.
“I will just say thanks to the supporters and everyone who is behind us. We keep going to the end. I feel so amazing for tonight and yes, we keep the same energy till where we want to be and yes, let’s keep going,”.
The versatile forward has now bagged 6 goals and 12 assists in the Championship for the 2023/2024 season.
