The Manhyia Divisional Police Command have arrested movie actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win.
The arrest which is linked to an accident which claimed the life of a three-year-old boy some weeks ago was done shortly after the actor was discharged from the hospital.
For the past weeks the family of the deceased intensified calls for justice following the tragic incident but according to the police, the delays in Lil Win’s arrest was due to his health conditions.
Although the police have not provided further details, the actor was transported to the Manhyia Divisional Police Command of the MTTD as investigations into the incident continue.
On Saturday, May 25, Lil Win was driving an unregistered Mercedez Benz which was involved in an accident that resulted in the death of the three-year-old boy.
Despite the incident, Lil Win attended the premiere of his movie “A Country Called Ghana” in Kumasi on Saturday night.
