The Secretariat of the National Cathedral has established a ‘Call Centre’ at the secretariat to deepen its relationship with the general public.
The ultra-modern call centre was established to assist in information flow with the public on issues relating to the cathedral, especially information on those who are willing to contribute towards the completion of the project.
Addressing journalists at the secretariat in Accra, a member of the Board of Trustees, Rev Dr Joyce Aryee said the call centre is to clear all the misconceptions in the media space about the ongoing project and also widen the work of the secretariat.
Rev. Dr Aryee added that the centre will also provide the general public with what they need to know about the project, and how one can donate and also serve as an information hub where people can call in to make enquiries.
“Going forward, anybody who wants to inquire any information, especially about how to make donations and the like about the cathedral should reach the centre on 0307000606,” she stated.
She said the attendants at the call centre are well trained and will be able to also engage with those who are already contributing towards the project.
