The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCo), has announced a revenue mobilization exercised scheduled for Monday, February 26, 2024.
The operation according to the electricity distribution company is targeted at customers with arrears, including government, state-owned enterprises, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), and private organizations.
In a statement released by NEDCO, all customers with arrears are required to immediately make payments to avoid disconnections and further embarrassment.
NEDCO also urged customers with billing issues to visit its customer service centre with adequate evidence to seek redress.
