Pastor Djokoto launches book which envisage more hardships

A renowned evangelist and head Pastor of the Christ Supreme Mission Church at Tema, Reverend Pastor Mawunyo Djokoto, has launched a book ‘My Thought Are Not Your Thoughts,’ which is predicting tougher times for Ghana and the world.

A renowned evangelist and head Pastor of the Christ Supreme Mission Church at Tema, Reverend Pastor Mawunyo Djokoto, has launched a book ‘My Thought Are Not Your Thoughts,’ which is predicting tougher times for Ghana and the world.

According to Rev. Djokoto, the current economic hardship is not the worse the country will see and there are tougher times ahead which require planning and good policies by the government to avert the situation.

He said, despite the impending tougher times, there will be no problem for those who have faith in God.

Launching the book, he said the book was written from inspiration after a double five days of fasting and prayer to alert Ghanaians and the whole world about the signs of the end time.

Basing his thoughts on chapter 20 of the book, he admonished Christians who are stubborn and do not want to be obedient to the word of God to immediately change their ways and be careful because they will pay for their sins.

Pastor Djokoto who has travelled across the globe to spread the word also indicated that these rough times will reveal the true nature of Christians who love and trust in God.

“The hardships we are experiencing will lead to ritual murders, armed robbery and other social vices as predicted in the Bible,” he noted.

The book, which is entitled My Thoughts Are Not Your Thoughts, is a 150 paged book with 20 chapters which cut across various thought-provoking contents.

The has already received a review from the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) according to the author and copies have been sent to the Presidency.

On his part, the Chairman for the occasion, Nii Ashietey who is the Tema New Town Asokore chief, urged the public to take the book seriously.

In his view, the book launch may be a humble event, but it will turn out to be big and reach all parts of the world and the bought the first copy of the book for GH₡1,000.00.
