Vice President, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, visited popular YOLO star, John Peasah, who is well known as Drogba.
This comes after news of his illness spread on the internet last week, prompting the general public to offer financial support for his medical care.
The purpose of Bawumia’s visit was to commiserate with him while also offering assistance with his ongoing medical care.
Drogba has been battling for his life after he was diagnosed with demyelination for the past two years now.
A demyelinating disease is a disorder that causes damage to the protective covering (myelin sheath) that surrounds nerve fibres in your brain, the nerves leading to the eyes (optic nerves) and the spinal cord.
