The Ghana Police Service has placed a GH¢100,000 bounty on a man identified as Prince Krah, who is wanted in connection with the killing of a couple at Saki, near Tema Golf City.
In a statement issued by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on May 6, 2026, police said the suspect, believed to be about 30 years old, is being pursued for his alleged role in the murder of two individuals on May 1.
Investigations indicate that Krah had been residing in a chamber-and-hall apartment with the victims, identified as Ebenezer Kwabena Obiri, about 45, and Mary Anim, about 22, who were later found dead in their room.
Police revealed that the male victim was last seen with the suspect on the night of April 30, shortly before the incident occurred.
A warrant for Krah’s arrest was subsequently issued by the Kpone Magistrate Court on May 4.
Authorities describe the suspect as dark in complexion, approximately 5.7 feet tall, and of a stout build. He was last seen wearing a Lacoste shirt and jeans. Police further indicated that he is believed to be a military officer and is currently on the run.
Preliminary intelligence suggests he may be hiding within the Kakusunanka or Kamina Barracks areas in Tamale.
The police have urged members of the public to assist with any credible information that could lead to his arrest, advising that tips can be reported to the nearest police station or through emergency numbers 191 or 112.
The statement, signed by Chief Inspector Brigitte Babanawo, assured that all information provided will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
